Rules and Regulations

1. Previous years’ winners are not allowed to participate.
2. There will be no registration fees for participation.
3. The judges’ decision will be final and binding.
4. Prior auditions will be conducted for participants to qualify for the event.
5. Selected participants must attend all grooming sessions to prepare for the event.
6. Participants must self-sponsor their outfits, but the designs must adhere to the ideas provided by the peer designers.
7. The event will consist of two rounds: a)North East Round b) Mystical Round
8. A Talent Round will take place before the main event, where participants will showcase their unique skills.
9. Auditions will be held to select the best designers for the event
10. The best designers will be awarded during the event
11. All designers will receive certificates of appreciation for their contributions.
12. Designers are not allowed to participate in the Mr. and Miss GCU categories.
13. Designers are required to guide and suggest outfit ideas for participants, ensuring they stick to the event’s theme: Roots and Resilience.
14. Designers must attend all meetings with the teacher coordinators and maintain a consistent track of their responsibilities.
15. Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions, rehearsals, and meetings.
16. Collaboration and teamwork are essential to ensure the smooth running of event.
17. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in disqualification.
