Mehandi competition

Rules and Regulations

1. Mehendi cones will be provided in the event.
2. Bring one mehendi partner to the event.
3. No mobile phones are allowed during the competition.
4. Duration- 1.5 hours
5. The participants are encouraged to create own mehendi designs.
