Rules and Regulations

1. Students should bring their own colors.
2. Participants can compete individually or in teams (2-3 members).
3. Time limit: 3 hours.
4. Theme: Must strictly follow the announced theme.
5. Size: Rangoli should not exceed the specified area (e.g., 3x3 feet).
6. Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy workspace; points will be deducted for mess.
7. Designs must be original; copying leads to disqualification.
8. No use of stencils or props is allowed.
