Rules and Regulations

  1. Open to participants within the University only.
  2. The theme will be provided on the spot.
  3. Participants must bring their own painting materials and accessories. Only chart paper will be provided.
  4. Only original artwork will be accepted. Any copied, traced, or pre-drawn (plagiarized) work will lead to disqualification.
  5. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
