Mobile Movie Making (FRAME BY FRAME)

Rules and Regulations

1. Duration: The total runtime of the short movie, including credits, must be between 5-10 minutes.
2. Number of Member : The total number of members must not exceed more than 10
3. Content Guidelines: The short movie must be suitable for audiences of all ages.
4. Prohibited Content: Movies containing obscenity, nudity, excessive violence, or defamatory content will be disqualified. Content should adhere to community standards and reflect respect for diverse perspectives.
5. Language Requirements: There are no language restrictions; however, subtitles are mandatory for accessibility and clarity.
6. Behind the Scenes: Participants must take behind-the-scenes photographs as part of their submission.
7. Submission Format: The film can be submitted in an MP4 format via Google Drive.
8. Rules: Judges’ decision will be final and binding. Films once entered cannot be withdrawn. In case of any controversy on a matter not mentioned in the above regulations, the Organizers will decide on appropriate action. The Organizers' word shall be final and binding
