Essay Competition- EUPHUISM 2026

Rules and Regulations

1. The competition is open to all the Students of Girijananda Chowdhury University.
2. The essay must be written only in English or Assamese.
3. Topic for the Essay (in English)- Roots in the Digital Age: Preserving Cultural Identity Through Technology Topic for the Essay (in Assamese)- ডিজিটেল যুগত শিপা: প্ৰযুক্তিৰ জৰিয়তে সাংস্কৃতিৰ সংৰক্ষণ |
4. Word Limit- 1000-1500 words. The word limit for the essay should be strictly followed.
5. The essay must be original and should not involve any form of plagiarism. AI Generative work will not be accepted. Use of unfair means or copied content will lead to disqualification.
6. The essay should be written neatly and legibly (for handwritten submissions). Good Handwriting will get extra marks.
7. Essays containing explicit, obscene, abusive, defamatory, or hate content against any individual, community, religion, gender, or group will not be accepted and will lead to immediate disqualification.
8. Each participant is allowed to submit only one essay.
9. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
10. Last Date for Submission of Essays: 20th February, 2026
11. Soft Copy in PDF can be attached in the form.
12. Hard Copy Submission must be submitted at Department of Business Administration, Girijananda Chowdhury University, 4th Floor, Main Academic Building, before the Last Date to Mr. Sasanka Bujar Baruah, Assistant Professor.
13. Entries submitted after the prescribed deadline will not be accepted.
