Rules and Regulations

  1. Topic – Environment and Climate Change in Northeast India
  2. Participants should be the bona fide students of recognised educational institutions.
  3. Participants should belong to the regular programmes from Class 11 to PG levels.
  4. Participants have to speak on the assigned topic.
  5. Each participant will be given 5 - 10 minutes to speak.
  6. A warning bell will be given 30 seconds before the time limit.
  7. Speeches can be in Assamese/Hindi/English.
  8. Use of mobile phones during the speeches is not permitted.
  9. Participants would be judged on clarity of thoughts, arguments, focus points and knowledge on various contemporary issues.
  10. Participants should refrain from using any unconstitutional language.
  11. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
