Rules and Regulations

1. Each participating group shall consist of a maximum of two (2) members.
2. Participants are required to bring a Traditional Northeast Thali, prepared by the group themselves.
3. All food items must be fully cooked prior to arrival at the venue.
4. Dishes will be evaluated on: Taste and flavor, Presentation and creativity, Originality and innovation, Adherence to the theme or category
5. Participants must ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
6. The use of readymade or commercially purchased food items is not permitted
7. The decision of the judges and organizing committee shall be final and binding.
8. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the rules if necessary.
