Participants should speak individually i.e only ONE speaker.
Medium of Expression will be Hindi/English/ Assamese.
The speaker has to speak for minimum 3 mins and maximum 4 mins.

Reading from paper/any other source is not permissible.
Sequence of speakers will be decided by a draw of lots.
